Most of our products are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the processing your order.  Additional processing time may be need for limited editions. You will be notified by e-mail with the estimated ship date when an item is not available to ship within the 7 to 10 business day time frame.

Damaged Packages
 
Please inspect all packages for shipping damages upon receipt. Please email us at customerservice@soulfulartonline.com with 5 business days of receipt of damaged items. If the package is crushed, please report it to the delivering shipping company or refuse the package.

Freight & Shipping Services
 
Orders are shipped either UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). First Class US Postal, Global Express and  UPS Standard  are also available.

Soulful Art makes every effort to prevent shipping damage; however , on rare occasions, damage may occur. For your protection, please DO NOT sign for merchandise until you have inspected it for damage, and keep the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, please contact us immediately.
